Vacancy Location: Lagos State, Ogun State, Abia State and Akwa-Ibom State

 

CREDIT OFFICER

  1. Marketing and mobilizing for potential active clients who are engaged in a small scale business and needs microcredits to improve their business.
  2. Sensitising potential clients on the various loan product of the company
  3. Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
  4. Collect client’s financial data and documentation
  5. Analyse risks and approve or reject loan request
  6. Maintain and update records of loan applications
  7. Follow up with clients about loan renewals
  8. Monitor progress of existing loans

 

Requirements        

  • A Smart and Intelligent University or Polytechnic graduate in any course
  • Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer service experience
  • The following can be an advantage
    • Proven work experience as a Credit Officer or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
    • Good use of Microsoft office applications
    • Group loan lending experience

 

BRANCH MANAGER

 

Job Roles

  • Manages the Branch Portfolio
  • Drive the branch team to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
  • Develop strategy & roadmap for improving the financial performance of the branch.
  • Build long lasting relationships with customer
  • Drives the Growth of the branch loan portfolio with minimum recoverable default
  • Timely reporting of daily activities

 

Requirements

  • A smart and intelligent University or Polytechnic graduate in any course
  • Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills and Managerial skill
  • Customer service experience
  • The following can be an advantage
    • Proven work experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in an institution
    • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
    • Use of Microsoft office applications
    • Group loan lending experience
    • Good in team work

 

 

 AREA MANAGER

 

Job Roles

  • Manages loan Portfolio of all the branches in his assigned Area/Region
  • Drive the Area target to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
  • Develop strategy & roadmap for improving the financial performance of the branches under his/her area.
  • Build long lasting relationships with customers
  • Drives the Growth all the branch loan portfolio
  • To ensure that the required and accurate operational reports are delivered by Branch Managers to Operations Department in a timely manner
  • To ensure particularly that a sufficient time is devoted to field visits to clients, in order to confirm their existence, the reality of their businesses, and to assess that the overall documentation on the clients is accurate and comprehensive, with particular attention to any potential or current loan
  • To identify and analyse any potential issue that may hamper the development of the branch activity, to refer to and propose the possible solutions
  • To provide on-going coaching and mentoring of the Branch Managers by maintaining regular discussions both in the branch and in the field
  • Timely reporting of area activities to head office

 

Requirement

 

Qualification/Education:
A Smart and Intelligent University or Polytechnic graduate in any course

 

Work Experience: 

A Minimum Of 2 Years Micro-Finance Working Experience or 3 Year’s experience in Similar Position With A Practical Knowledge Of Micro/small Businesses And Market Environment

 

Skills:

  • Proficient In Written And Spoken English
    Excellent Customer Relationship
  • Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
  • Strong analytical skills and Managerial skill
  • Good in people management skill
  • Risk management skill

 

The following can be an advantage

  • Good use of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of group lending methodology
  • Proven work experience as Manager or similar role in an institution
  • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
